Thank you for the kind and encouraging words regarding my weight-loss journey as one of the 10 national contestants for the 2010 Seattle Sutton Slim-Down Challenge.
It&#039;s been a very interesting and educational experience, most certainly. It&#039;s true that 1,200 calories a day doesn&#039;t seem like much. But...it does result in definite weight-loss on this program. 
Meanwhile, I&#039;ve been enjoying your blog. What a great job presenting a super selection of useful into in a very nice conversational style. Thank you again, and nice meeting you!

I did catch a couple of articles about the &quot;organic&quot; craze.  to me, if you feed your plants the right things, then the cycle is full of life, but if you feed your plants pesticides and are not kind to what you put into your body then there begins that cycle of negative energy to which you contribute.  again, great stuff.
