This was an idea that I got yesterday when I was in the farmers market. As you may know, I’ve really been getting into these lately. Try the recipe and let me know what you think.
6 strawberries
15 red grapes
2 bananas
2 apples
1 hand-full of blueberries
1 hand-full of cranberries
1 tea spoon of flax seed
1 small box of raisins
Now the amount on this particular smoothie was for 2 people, so if you’re gonna try this on your own just “half” everything. Enjoy your wellness.
