Stay Active-Go For A Walk

One of the best ways to stay in decent shape and keep your mind sharp is a simple task that you will be surprised at how many people don’t do. Wanna know what that is? Sure you do. It’s simply just taking a walk.

Walking 30 to 45 minutes a day is a great way to keep your blood pumping, your muscles tight and your joints loose. If you don’t own a car and you walk in your daily life anyway, you’re already doing a good deed for your body.

So turn off that television, put down that magazine and go for a nice brisk walk. Your body will love you for it. Enjoy your wellness.
