I just wanted to remind you of the importance of having strong and healthy bones. Good strong bones, along with toned healthy muscle, define the structure of our body and provide protection from injury during sports as well as daily activity. Make sure you get plenty of calcium and Vitamin D to assure that your bones stay healthy.
Calcium- Orange juice, kale greens, collard greens, canned salmon (with bones), sardines and broccoli are very rich in calcium.
Vitamin D- Alaskan salmon, sardines and other oily fish can provide a good source of vitamin D to your body. If you’re a cereal lover like I am, stick to whole grain fortified cereal to provide you with a good source as well.
Enjoy your wellness.
