The purpose of this blog is to cover and explore the MANY aspect of Wellness. It’s such a broad topic that I can only cover it in the aspects for which I am familiar with: Martial Arts, healthy diet, clean living, being surrounded by good people, financial stability, and a never ending search to the understanding of life itself. Sometimes we feel like we’re there and sometimes we feel like we’ll never get there.
